“With new ownership and a new name, we also needed a new corporate identity. Our business covers so many different areas of high-technology manufacturing that we couldn’t describe what we do in one tagline. Gloria Sica met with our management team, and in a couple of hours, she helped us accomplish what we had been unable to do over many, many hours. She gave us a framework for discussion that looked at who we are instead of what we do. We use our new tagline ‘Built on Commitment’ in sales presentations and bids; it tells prospective customers what they can expect from us.”
